Our ‘Tea, Chats and Tunes’ programme is a COVID-responsive project that developed from a ‘Music in Healthcare’ Training programme partnership that has been running in Meath since 2013. It evolved in 2021 to respond to the need to find new ways of connecting some of the most vulnerable members of our communities, isolating in Nursing Homes, with their families at home or abroad. In many cases two-way conversations in-person and virtually can be challenging for families.
